This was our second stop off in America,(we came to see Todd Rundgren do his Todd and Healing LPs live!) We had to change rooms because of the air... conditioning and this was done easily. The foyer was smart and clean. The room was clean and tidy. The bar was very busy and needed another bar person.It was quite difficult to get served,at times,so many chairs blocking up the bar. Surprised the bed was verrry comfortable, slept very well. The only disappointing thing was that the in room whirlpool needed some TLC. Overall I was pleased with my stay.

At check in, our air conditioning wasnt functioning properly. We called the front desk and the lady was very rude and just said, "sorry about that". 2 of our towels were dirty, we asked for new ones and that took 2 hours. Needed more conditioner, after 2 hours, I searched for a maids cart myself. Air conditioning in the restaurant was broken too, way […] to hot to sit and enjoy a meal or a drink. The ice machine didnt work on my floor had to use the one on the floor below, then that one broke. Elevator stopped working half way into our stay. When asked to speak to a manager regarding all of these, we were told that there was not a manager on duty on the weekends, and nobody who could hear our concerns. Was told to call monday afternoon. Hospitality manager didnt answer her phone so I left a voicemail. Still haven't heard back from her and its been almost a week. If I had known all of this, I would have loved to have stayed at the motel 6 and gotten better service and paid much less. Read more
