Hotel it self was fine for the time sent in it. Front Desk Clerk left a lot to be desired My stay was pre paid on hotels.com he tried to charge be double on what I paid then said my CC had been declined which it had not. "Needs to be updated"
The room walls were dirty. (People smoke and then when there is moisture it creates dirty drip residue down the walls in places.) The carpet in the hallway also looked dirty. They painted the ceiling but then failed to cut in around the edges so you had a ring of darker, older paint around the edges.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

I was first disappointed that I had booked a two bedroom room and was given a one bedroom room for me and my daughter. The first room offered stunk like must and body odor. I was told if I wanted two bed I'd have to pay more, while when I booked I was told they were the same price! I requested a new room. This one was better smelling but still one bed. […] It was clean, but there was trash on the floor under drawers and in corners, still. The toilet flusher broke off second time we flushed. I got a smoking room, because it was the cheapest, and because in past times I have stayed in a smoking room that didn't smell strongly of smoke. When I checked into my room the room was overbearingly strong smelling of smoke. I went to speak to the desk clerk regarding this issue and all he could do was let me borrow a spray that is supposed to kill […] all smoking odors. This spray did a great job. "York PA hotel"

Security was not in placed, the exterior doors that were to be locked at night and needing a key to enter were not locked, The towels and wash cloths were not clean looking at all, I took a wash cloth to the front desk to saw the desk clerk, he stated he would talk the staff, this made no difference, each day had to complain about the dirty looking […] towels and wash cloths. The noise in the room kept me awake every night, there was some kind of ticking in the walls that would not stop, again the hotel staff had no answer for it and stated they could do nothing. I will not in the future state at this hotel again, or suggest anyone else do. I had ask for a receipt and the front desk staff did not know how to provide me one and could barel be understood.
