"Can't Imagine How It Could Have Been Better!"

We came to the KHI on a neighbor's recommendation for an anniversary weekend. Everything was great from the moment we walked in: nice service, warm cookies, water after a long trip. When the room we booked had a broken fireplace, they upgraded us to a suite. The hotel bar and bartender were awesome; the restaurant was fantastic; the service was impeccable […] (example: when we went to our car the morning after a snow, the staff had brushed the snow off of everyone's cars).
