Loved it all but was thrown a cruve ball with the parking rates. The hotel was gorgeous so beautiful with the perfect location! It just seemed like to me with your guess paying the same as the public you would give your guess a cheaper parking rate then the same rate as the public.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
After a 5 day cruise for our 25th Anniversary, we chose to stay at the Le Pavillion, WOW!! from the second we walked in!! So beautiful, everyone just scoops you up and helps out. The rooms are excellent, the beds are the best you could ask for, along with the heated bathrooms!!! Don't touch the fully loaded fridge, unless u want to pay for it. Don't […] forget to check out the PB&J and night, it was pretty cool. So glad we stayed here!! Highly recommend this hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The Hotel is beautiful and we did not want to leave. We would definitely stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Loved the hotel with its old world charm and Southern ambiance. The staff was so very welcoming we felt as if we knew them for ages. In particular, the concierge,Gustave, was as good as it gets!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Now that's a hotel!!!"
My wife and I go to Nola every year and this was the first time we stayed at the la pavilion hotel and we will be booking our stay there from now on! Great hotel and service, loved the pb&j sandwiches late night snack idea! The food there was great and our room was beautiful! Looking forward to our next stay!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"New Orleans Delight"
Elegant, comfortable, beautiful architecture, a true jewel of New Orleans. Staff were consistently affable and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Everyone (except one concierge man) was kind, courteous and always willing to help. The hotel was amazing from top to bottom. We would recommend this place to anyone.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay in Nola"
First class hotel, beautiful setting and decor. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. Only complaint is about our breakfast experience. Stale pastries and croissants. Mentioned to waiter who informed kitchen, but nothing came out of it. Had to have breakfast somewhere else. Very expensive and not recommended.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Beautiful historic hotel with friendly and accomodating staff. Our room was small but very nice. We had some trouble regulating the heat...off was best. The bathroom was tight. We loved NOLA especially the food!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Our favorite New Orleans hotel"
Beautiful and luxurious...a step back in time. Extremely gracious and friendly staff who meet your needs and welcome you warmly. Great central location to restaurants and venues.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"wish I wasn't there."
The hotel is very nice. I was disappointed with the maid service. I placed the towels on the floor, as instructed by the note on the bathroom vanity, in order to get clean towels. The next morning I showered and when drying the towels were damp. I marked the towels and once again placed them on the floor. The next morning I showered and once again the […] towels were damp. I checked and sure enough, the marks I made on the towels were there. We received no turn down service, no cookies, and no bottled water. We could have done without these things, but we really wanted clean towels. Also the bed was made by just pulling the covers up, and not even straightening the sheet below the bed spread. "Great alternative to staying in French Quarter"
Beautiful older hotel. Grand lobby, friendly staff, quirky tradition of pbj sandwiches and milk at 10 pm. Very convenient to french quarter; quiet for sleeping at night. Rooms well appointed but a bit cramped; lovely bathrooms.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice hotel in a good location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Unique Hotel in NOLA"
My wife and I had a great stay at Le Pavillon, which was conveniently located within walking distance of the French Quarter and street cars. Very distinct and ornate hotel with a nice late night PBJ snack and a very friendly staff. I liked that it was away from the noise and bustle of the French quarter. Would definitely recommend if you want old world […] elegance and hospitality. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"New Orleans stay"
Could have been better, they can improve on cleanlinessGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Le Pavillon is a beautiful Gilded Age hotel with a lot of history and charm. While there was some wear-and-tear in the staircase and pool area, everything else was perfect. Service was exceptional, and we were upgraded to the king suite because we were celebrating our anniversary. The lobby is stunning, and we loved the pb&j bar there every night. We […] used the fitness center (nice and empty!), pool (which sadly had construction poles surrounding it), and hot tub on the roof. Our room was luxurious. I'm from New York so I am not used to that much space anymore. I will be recommending this hotel to others! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Go ahead, pamper yourself"
This is a full service hotel and great place to be pampered. Staff was upbeat, well groomed and helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside with many ornate antiques that provide visual interest and stimulation. My wife and I utilized the room service for dinner to fully experience the hotel. The meal was delicious, hot and brought to our room in less than […] 30 minutes. The meal arrived at our room in exactly the same condition we would have expected if we used the formal dining room. Without a doubt, we will stay here during all our future visits to New Orleans. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Service was a 10"
Beautiful hotel with lots of history. The bed was comfy and the service was a 10!! The only negative would be the bathroom was too small & would have been quite a challenge if our stay was any longer than 2 nights.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"And a good time was had by all."
Beautiful hotel with wonderful service just off the quarter.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"W O W"
The majestic character of this Hotel is untouchable. The employees are family like but serve you like royalty. We have been to New Orleans for many events. We could easily revisit just for this Hotel's experience.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Le Pavillon is an old building with great character and class. Some old hotels do not age gracefully, this one certainly has. A great sense of old New Orleans style here.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A must stay in the Big Easy"
The nightly PB&J bar was awesomeGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This place is one of the coolest hotels we've ever visited. The service was amazing that the building itself is so beautiful and well decorated. And of course the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches every night were a nice addition!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"High end / Low End"
Good points the painting of the halls, elevator doors, molding in the room are all exquisite. Love the 10:00 pm get together with Hot Chocolate and PB & J sandwiches and the staff offered excellent smiles and services throughout our stay. Bad points was the banister as one enters (gold) is wobbly, the shower knob was loose, the soap holder was plastic […] (shell) and will all the high end fixtures that was not appropriate. The newspaper was not delivered. The parking ticket does not have instructions and with checking in, remembering the code to call to get our car was forgotten. All in all we - Locals enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the Papa Noel rate. Thank you for offering these rates. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Christmas 2014 New Orleans"
We stayed for 5 days. Everyone was very nice. Air conditioner in room was very noisy. Trouble with TV but got fixed when we asked. Christmas Brunch was a very big disappointment. Food was either undercooked or overcooked. Dishes ran out and were not replaced timely. Very crowded and felt rushed by staff. Plates taken from table before we were finished. […] Not worth the $75 pp. had much better good and service at court of 2 Sisters. Too bad We looked forward to a stellar Christmas Brunch at this beautiful hotel and it left us disappointed. Also concierge in the evening, not Gustave, gave us very bad directions to City Park Celebration in the Oaks. Had to go back to hotel and get a cab. Cab driver did not know exactly how to get there either. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Belle of New Orleans....a fitting name"
My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel while in town for a concert and a couple days of Christmas shopping. I have stayed at hotels all over the French Quarter and The CBD, and will no longer look for something better. If your the type that just loves to complain about anything you can find, there are some minor maintenance issues here and there […] in the rooms, but if you can enjoy the fact that you are in a magnificent hotel that has survived over 100 years, these are easily overlooked. A standard room was large and comfy...ceiling fan a definite plus and rare at any hotel. Bed was comfortable, and furnishings more than adequate. A little pricey, but certainly comparable with other lodging of its type in the area, and the service was impeccable. Great bar and restaurant onsite, and you will not enter or leave the front door without one of the doormen making you smile...will definitely stay here next time I am in NOLA, for business or pleasure Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Location, Location and Charm"
The wife and I traveled to New Orleans for our birthdays in September. Le Pavillon was a great find! Some quirks expected of an older property, but overall a unique and charming hotel for a nice price. Great location too -- walking distance to French Quarter, Business and Warehouse Districts.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"New Orleans Charm! Best Service Ever!"
This is my 4th time staying here. The service by all members of staff is superb! It has always been this way each time I have stayed. The hotel is beautiful. The bar is nice, the food at the Crystal Room is excellent. The rooms are a little smaller in the typical King rooms but this is due to it being an older hotel. I don't believe it takes anything […] away from your stay though. The roof top pool is beautiful. I love this hotel, I have taken friends with me there who also love it as much as I do. Location is within (safe) walking distance to the quarter and to Harrah's. If you choose to take a cab it's about $5.00 from either area. "Le Pavillon for a State Football Championship"
Le Pavillon hotel was very good, obviously a grand hotel when constructed in 1907. I'm not sure about your deluxe rooms, but the "standard" room bath "update" is simply a piece of pink marble as the lavatory top. Realistically, the bathroom is too small. The door can't be opened all the way due to the towel rack behind the door. The Hotel is in a good […] location; and overall met our needs very well Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Beautiful old hotel"
The hotel is dated but charming and very clean. Nothing around the hotel itself but a very short walk to the French quarter. The restaurant downstairs serves tasty traditional food in a magnificent setting, accompanied by great live music, staff is very friendly and helpfull. Beautiful rooftop pool which was heated when we visited in November. Delicious […] cookies were brought to our room every evening, there is also fresh coffee served in the lobby in the morning. "One day in New Orleans"
Although the hotel is quite dated and in need of remodel, the price was fair and the service was outstanding. A good overall experience. A comparable historic hotel in great condition would cost 2.5 times as much.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Stay was awesome and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do!!! Hotel was gracious and had old southern charm with elegance.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Met friends for a Saints game! Love this hotel. Not too far from the quarter, and perfect if going to the dome. This is one of my favorite places to stay!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We had a great time at this hotel . The building is beautiful and the staff was great. I thought the price was very reasonable considering the prices charged by properties a few blocks closer to the quarterGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The atmosphere of the hotel with the old world charm (lots of marble, detailed woodwork, artwork, etc.) is far superior to what any newer hotel offers. The rooftop pool and hot tub were nice. The staff was very helpful. The location is within walking distance of just about everything. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the low water pressure, […] If all I have to complain about is low volume pipes in a charming 100 year old hotel - you could do much worse.
