We stayed four days in New Orleans (first time for me and 2nd time for my wife. The Saint proved to be a great choice. The staff is outstanding. The... facility was excellent. The location was perfect for us. From the hotel we could walk every where: The French Quarter, Bourbon Street, St. Louis Cathedral, and so much more. The trolley lines were very close and easy to use. The Conceirge was very helpful in getting us where we wanted to see and great in helping us set up dinner reservations and at various jazz clubs. The stay was fantastic (despite the hurricane)! Staff at the hotel was superb, always ready to help and solve any issue. Centrally located; 100% recommend to anyone looking for a first rate experience.

バーボン通りまで徒歩で2-3分と立地は抜群に良い。その代わり，深夜まで非常に騒がしく快適に睡眠を取れないことがあるので注意が必要。ホテルのロビーや廊下など内装は綺麗であり，客室内も白を基調とした洗練されたデザインであった。しかし，サービスは悪すぎて残念でならない。前の滞在客の靴下が落ちていた。トイレの便器には便が付着していた。ハウスキーピングに来ない日があった。出発前夜に空港行きのタクシーをフロントで手配したのに，当日タクシーは来なかった。
