"Good location"
Nice place. The service wasn't great. There was no shampoo in our shower and we had to ask for it. Additionally, our key cards did not work. The front desk woman was unable to work the machine to get us replacements, so we had to leave and hope that another employee could work it. Luckily, that employee was able to help. "family vacation"

"Could make some nice, inexpensive improvements to really make it nice..."
I hesitantly say "No" that I wouldn't recommend this one, because the location is perfect, as well as the people are nice; however, they could make some inexpensive but necessary improvements/ cleaning to make the place "pop"...the plumbing issues that they pawn-off as due to the age of the place could be corrected with tightening the faucets, etc, […] and cleaning the dust off the window unit/ fans...also, it's in the heart of NOLA...old pastries in wrappers and rotting fruit is kinda sad for the provided "continental breakfast"...there are inexpensive pastry places everywhere...just ask the guests WHO would be interested in fresh pastries the next morning (& run across the street to pick-up a couple fresh danishes)...otherwise the character of the place is nice, the wine/cheese hour is nice, and Ladybug (the canine hostess) is wonderful Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Lovely French Quarter"
