"Fall Vacation Spectacular"
My husband and I enjoyed the hotel tremendously. The neighborhood is nothing big but we were sure it was before Katrina. The hotel is renovated and nice. The room was a little small for being a King Executive but it was fine for our purposes. It was very clean when we got there. However, we did have a little trouble getting the room cleaned after a […] few days. We didn't leave the room until mid-morning and the cleaning crew had already passed us. We were always able to get clean towels but not much else. However, this wasn't a huge issue since the room was so clean already. The breakfast was great but very busy on a regular basis. If you don't feel like spending alot of money on hotel and fee's from hotels located near French Quarter , I would recommend this hotel! Renovated room was well kept and staff was very professional and friendly. Bath room was fairly large with a 32 inch Samsung flat screen tv. Was very happy with our stay. Room was larger than expected. Went during Mardi Gras and the location was great. It was about 10 - 15 minutes away from downtown - just far enough to be able to sleep at night without all the noise. Would definately stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
