Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! As soon as we arrived, someone loaded up our bags for us and unloaded them in our room. We thought the hotel was very good value and was very close to the main attractions we wanted to see and had no problems getting to and from the hotel from outside of the city. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was average but there was a good variety and consistent with the good overall value of the hotel.

Room was dark and a bit moldy, cleaning staff compensated with liberal use of fruity smelling deoderizer If the moldy windows had opened this would have been less of a problem. Staff friendly, good location. Lobby smells like Hot Pockets because of the adjacent sandwich store.

Location was very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Room was oddly shaped, with minimal closet space. Sounds from outside made it difficult to sleep.

My boyfriend, a few of his friends, and I all came to New Orleans to a saints game. This hotel was minutes from the superdome. It was clean and very nice. We would definitely stay there again. The service was excellent.

We chose the Quality Inn due to its proximity to the Superdome (since we were there for the MNF game) as well as other area attractions. Bourbon street is about a 5-7 minute walk away- so you are close enough to not have to cab it, but far enough away from the madness for a good nights sleep. I dont think i have ever encountered such a wonderful and […] friendly staff. We were greeted with a hello everytime we entered the hotel and a "have fun!" every time we left. (Jenni was great!) We had a very good stay in this hotel. One block away from the French Quarter, restaurants, shopping. Parking is valet only at the building back of the hotel. Our room was upgraded to 2 queen beds with a wall separating the 2 beds. Each has flat screen tv. Room is clean and functional, it has mini kitchen: sink, fridge, microwave, has a safe, alarm […] clock, iron/ironing board also. Bathroom is clean with toiletries, hair dryer. Breakfast serves hot food, waffle, juice, coffee, fruits, etc. The staff are very nice and friendly people, from the receptionists, to the bell men, kitchen attendants, to the parking attendants. They are very attentive to your needs, and very helpful on questions about directions, places to eat, attractions, etc. Overall, we're happy with the service of this hotel, for the price we pay, excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We were between the Super Dome and the French Quarter. Everything was within walking distance. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.
