My friends and I thought this hotel was great. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels with many less amenities in NO. The staff was always helpful... (cabs, take out menus and directions). There was a computer room available, free wifi and continental breakfast. There is a Walgreen s, ihop and McDonald's nearby if you don't want to walk. Also a trolley stop right in front. There are a few sketchy blocks around outside when walking but we were never bothered (3 girls) no matter the time. by Nikki from NJ on 05/01/13

The hotel overall was fairly good. It a little farther away from everything than we had hoped and the surrounding area was a little sketchy, but it was not a problem for us. The continental breakfast was extremely good as well. Main issue was the price. For the location and size if the rooms $280 a night was overpriced.

Very convenient location; just a quick walk to the french quarter! Breakfast included, nice staff.. I'd stay there again! Just don't walk alone in the neighborhood right outside the hotel

We had 2 rooms. one as average size of a hotel room. the other was large and that was convenient because of 4 ppl staying in the room. Liked the frig in the rooms. VERY good location. Trolly stops right out front..... easy to get around. I will stay again.

Hotel was ok and the desk personnel were usualy off in their own world only one desk person was even what I would call a decent employee. Checked in no one was there for about 15 minutes and the desk service only got worse from there. The hotel was good but the area was a little rough to say the least.

Close enough walk to Bourbon Street. The valet service was kind of slow and the room was kind of dated. It's close to the hospital but I didn't hear the sirens once I fell asleep. Fair price for the proximity to the French Quarter.

This was the best price we found so close to the French Quarter. It was more of a walk than other hotels, but not bad. Only 10 or 15 minutes to Bourbon. It was okay for a cheap hotel. It needs a heavy cleaning and upgrade (i.e. carpet cleaning). Would probablly choose another hotel over this one when I return.

The air condition did not work properly so my nights sleep was a bit uncomfortable and the worse thing was I got up to make coffee and there was something so nasty in the pot where you place your filter/coffee. It was totally disgusting. I took a picture of it and showed the girl at the front desk which didn't truly seem to be that concerned about.

The Hotel was clean....rooms walls a little thin!!! If you plan on partying only at Bourbon Street its a short quarter mile walk!!! But if you plan on going to Harrahs prepare for a 1.5 mile walk.....Overall a good hotel for the price!

We were only in New Orleans for 2 nights, this hotel really suited our needs. Three beds to one room helped us keep the cost down. Room very clean and staff very polite. Easy walking distance to Bourbon Street and the tram which we used to get around. Parking the car was easy and parking lot was secure at night.Complimentary breakfast was a bonus.
