"Very Satisfied"

"great stay for the price"
The room was nice. The ac was cold. The shower was hot. There was a fridge and microwave which I liked. Overall it was a good stay for me. For the money, this was a great place. The hot breakfast had a lot to choose from, and was good. The staff was friendly. The fitness room was nice. Too cold for the pool, but the area looked well kept. The location was right next to the interstate, so it was easy to get around. Overall the hotel was nice. It's right off the interstate and I was afraid we'd hear a lot of traffic noise, but we did not. It was actually very quiet. The room was very clean. The only negative thing I can say is that one of the wash cloths looked as if someone had used it to clean the sink, then wrung it out and hung it to dry. The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast it was not the usual dry bread and beverage, they had a waffle maker, eggs, bacon, warm bread, delicious coffee… I did encounter two very frustrating problems however. The location of the hotel could not be entered in my GPS. When I called the hotel to see if they can help us locate the hotel no one was picking […] up the phone for 2 ½ hours and we were stuck trying to find this place that whole time. We finally got there by using other means . We checked the phone number they had and we did have the correct number, they were simply not answering the phone. When we were at the counter in front of the girl working the night shift (It was around 6:30pm) I dialed that same number; we could hear the phone ringing and nobody picked up. She had no name tag either so I can’t mention her name. FYI tour pamphlets told you what to type into your GPS, I guess some locations just don’t come out.
