However, our […] room faced Toulouse Street and it wasn't as loud as I'm sure those facing Bourbon would be. However, didn't have any trouble falling asleep. Clean, friendly staff, valet parking was a perfect considering the festival weekend. They have security at the door in the evening to make sure only those with a room in the hotel are admitted. We went out enjoyed the French Quarter and everything is within walking distance that we wanted to see and do. Would definitely rebook and stay here again. Read more

I was very impressed with this hotel and would definitely choose it again. We were given a private courtyard balcony and it worked out perfectly for our stay. The staff was nice. The hotel was clean and the beds were super comfy!

The hotel was nice, the bathroom was no bigger than a small closet. So that was not a plus in my book. Also, when we went to check in, DO NOT park in the front of the hotel. Drive around to the side to the garage and go check in from there, We learned our lesson the hard way by getting a ticket. My wife and I, along with a couple of friends, decided to give this hotel a try on our next trip to the Big Easy. The hotel had its good points and bad ones. Let me start with the good. This was the 5th time I had visited New Orleans. I've always stayed in the French Quarter but this was the first time staying at this hotel. I have never stayed at a […] hotel in N.O. that was this close to Bourbon St. That can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your personal taste. It was a big plus for us being located literally on Bourbon St. It was easy to get to all the tourist destinations and grab a few drinks on Bourbon St. and then make a quick escape back to our room. We even had a balcony where we were able to throw beads at people on Bourbon St. The cleanliness of the room was on par with what you'd expect for a French Quarter Hotel. I did like that not just anyone off Bourbon could walk into the hotel, you had to show your room card every time. As far as the bad, we did have some issues with the room's AC. It was not working and we called to have it looked at. The person who came in mentioned something about the doors to the balcony needing to be closed which made no sense since they didn't have any sensors. The AC continued to malfunction with the doors closed which made us think he was just making it up. We just chalked it up to a bad/lazy employee not doing his job and left it at that. Read more

First trip to New Orleans and booked this hotel soley on the price, location and reviews. Was pleasantly surprised to find a place as nice as this one on Bourbon. We chose to stay on Bourbon as we wanted to be right in the thick of things. This hotel was close to everything. We walked everywhere and this hotel was right in the center of everything. […] Room was extremely comfortable and the noise level was minimal. You have your usual groups that show up in the wee hours of the morning but that will happen anytime you are staying at a hotel where all the action is. It amazed me how quiet the rooms and lobby were even with all the activity in the streets. We loved our trip so much we are already planning our next one and hope to stay at this location. We took the train and this hotel was 5 minutes from the station. Over the weekend there was a rep in the lobby booking local tours which kept you from having to track down the Gray Line locations. Bedding was nice and mattresses in top shape. Considering the traffic that I am sure this hotel gets due to its location it was a gem. Read more

Me and a friend decided at the last minute to go to Mardi Gras. We were amazed to find this great hotel which was right in the middle of everything! We got a great rate as well which was also amazing for last minute. All the staff were so nice and accomodating. My only complaint was my flight was so early in the morning.

The room was very clean, great beds and good services. This hotel is in the BEST location! Just make sure to call about the location of the parking garage ( parking is $30 a day.)

We were a group of 13. Age 50 to 65, not kids. We went to all the sights with ease. Walking for some was a concern, but it was never a problem. Location was super. Modern yet historic feeling. You have a bakers dozen of fans.

the location was wonderful! This hotel is located on the busiest intersection in the French quarter! Had an amazing view of BOURBON ST ! The pool and the staff were amazing as well! Definitley recommend this hotel to travelers ! You will not be disappointed !

Very conveniently located in the middle of the French Quarter on Bourbon Street. This hotel used to be the Inn on Bourbon Ramada. Now it is the Inn on Bourbon Four Points Sheraton. There are balcony rooms available at a premium, since they are amongst the best spots to throw beads on Bourbon. The hotel was in the middle of renovations, so there was […] some construction areas around. The beds are comfy, though the rooms have been heavily used and it is starting to show. Carpet needs replacing, not cleaning, as they were attempting to do. No fridge in the room. People book this hotel to be "on" Bourbon Street, not stuck in thier rooms. If you're looking for a lot of plush ammenities in your room, this is not it. If you want to be in the middle of all the action on Bourbon Street, this is the place to stay. Common areas were nice, beds very comfortable and room was clean, but when we first entered the room one of the lampshades was on the desk and the lamp was missing a light bulb. Also, all the pictures on the wall were askew, which drove me nuts our entire stay. (They wouldn't straighten.) I contacted the front desk twice about the lamp shade, asking […] if we could either get a bulb or the whole thing removed as it was worthless and taking up space with the lampshade sitting on the desk. After 4 days, nothing was ever done. Also, I got a bill for about $100 on check-out day and called the front desk because I had not charged anything - she said it wasn't for me, yet it had my name and charge information on it. This is the second time I've stayed at this location. I love this place. The staff is always friendly. The beds are comfy! Great balconies...you can hear the Bourbon Street nightlife (live music) with the french doors open to the balcony. Only complaint...the bathrooms are so compact. Overall, a WIN!!

I enjoyed my stay here. Very easily located on Bourbon Street, in the middle of all the fun. They are very helpful when I wanted to order food in with giving me all the details I needed and the "need to eat" places. The breakfast buffet they served was very good. Will definitely stay again.

It was a great overall experience. The staff was wonderful and the remodeling of the hotel was great. The only problem we experienced was that they were still doing some renos and we had no hot water the entire day and the next morning.

We were able to return to the room often without missing a beat. We could use the bathroom or drop off bags and be right out the door again in no time. This was my third stay at The Inn on Bourbon and I will definitely be back again! You just can't beat the location if you want to be close to the action on Bourbon Street. Some of the best dining and entertainment in the French Quarter are within easy walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are kept very clean, which I am sure is not an easy task with […] guests coming and going all hours of the day and night. The service given by the staff is second to none- very friendly and very knowledgeable. Night security is also a plus- you need to show your card key to be able to enter the hotel after hours.
