The exhaust fan in the main bathroom was extremely noisy. Hotel staff was including front desk were friendly and courteous. Parking lot to small for size of hotel. Overall, nice rooms and comfortable beds.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Residence Inn New Orleans Downtown"
Beautiful courtyard,pool, fitness room, nice breakfast area. But the beds are uncomfortable. The location is not that great. I don't think it is located in downtown New Orleans, more like behind the warehouse district. Not too bad if your not going on Bourbon street.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
