Hotels.com and the Hilton need to communicate better. I booked 3 rooms with a "city or river view" for myself and my family (I had the hotel confirmation sheet with me). This being my first time in New Orleans, it was important to me to have a view. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is within walking distance of the French Quarter and right next door to "Riverwalk" (a shoppers mecca along the Mississippi).
