"Ugly stay"
Very filthy, my white socks turned black when walking inside my room. In two consecutive days my room wasn't made, regardless that I left early for business purposes. Also, very loud, lots of party people as it is not far from Bourbon St. I got drunk people fighting next door at 2:00 AM. Police came to kick them out. "do you want a motor lodge?"

"dirty and bad neighborhood"

"disappointed"
The room I booked was not available. I needed a standard room with double beds. 2 adults 2 children. I was told we had to take a single bed room and would be provided roll-away beds. We had to ride an elevator only the 4 us of could fit in to the 3rd floor. The elevator door opened to an oven. It was extremely HOT !! and stuffy. The smell was horid....stale […] smoke odor. Our room was very small and crowded. The king size bed took up the entire room. only one person could walk between the end of the bed and the wall. The room had 2 tables (for what??) Very disappointed with booking and paying for a room in advance and not being able to stay in the room I paid for. On a very small positive note - "to make up for the mixup" we were allowed to park in the hotel garage for free ($30) !! Will not stay in this hotel again !!!! "Never Return!"
This hotel was terrible! It had a horrible smell and it was very dirty. The water pressure was very low which affected the toliet. The toliet would not flush and when it did flush it over flowed. Also the bath tub drain did not work the water remained in the tub during and after taking the show. The workers were very rude and they did not care about […] customer service. "Nothing"
Hotel was not in the condition to which i thought it would be, layout was confusing and hallways smelled musty. Rooms were very small and uncomfortable beds. bathroom was extremely small and cramp. right at check in had to call to have the toilet fixed, it wouldn't flush. front desk clerk wasn't nice or helpful... he got caught up in a conversation […] with another guest while i was trying to check in and didn't have me sign everything i needed to so he called me to come back down to the desk and sign it.
