"Not very happy."
The staff was extremely rude to my husband, the $10.00 for breakfast was just a valture.....not what we expected at all..we had to pay for parking at the hotel another $50.00. So what we thought was a knock off price cost more if we had stayed in a much nicer hotel. Sorry bout that!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not a good experience"
We came for the Rock and Roll Marathon and upon check in things went down hill. I registered for a double bed and received a single bed. Someone did bring in a cot but no blanket. I called down for a blanket three times before one came. We stayed in this hotel for three days and four nights and the room was not cleaned ONCE. We call on several occasions […] for extra towels and we did not receive them. One day, we did not have hot water. When eating in the hotel resturant, the food was ok but the coffee was barely warm. "DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!"
The room was very nice, having recently been re-done. Unfortunately, the plumbing did not work properly and the staff, particularly the room service and restaurant staff, were rude, surly and downright ugly to us. There was no menu in the room and I called the front desk to ask whether there was room service. The hotel receptionist told me, a bit tartly, […] that all I had to do was read the menu and look at the little template on the phone and I would see that there is room service. Well, no menu, and the phones had no templates. He transferred me to the restaurant and I inquired about the menu for room service and they ran one up to me. Within 10 miniutes I called down to place my order and was told that, in fact, there was no room service at that hour. The cleaning staff were dreadfully surly and rude. "This hotel does not cater to their guests."
Our room keys were cancelled the next day of our four night stay. We were going up and down to the front desk. Customer service is not this hotel's number one priority. Staff make you think that you are violating their space by asking a question at the front desk. The manager really did not care about our concern that our room had not been cleaned […] by 2pm. "Decent Hotel...Bad Location"
The room in itself was pleasant and our children enjoyed the pool. Also, we left something behind in the safe which after several attempts to get in contact w/ the lost and found department, was kindly shipped to us. On the flipside, I must add that we were extremely dissapointed w/ the front desk service.
