The hotel itself was great except for the fact that i was placed in a smoking room which i don't smoke, I woke up to my nostrile filled with smoke and the room smelled like smoke. Hotel was nice but i was uncomfortable beacause of the smoke!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Florida Turnpike"
I stayed at the Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Florida Turnpike location because we went to a concert at the nearby by amphitheatre. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful during check in and advising us on our evening out. The room was clean and exactly what we asked for. The complimentary breakfast was very complete and had many options. […] The location is a two minute drive off the Turnpike exit, about 15 minute drive to an outdoor shopping mall, and was right next door to several dining options and a supermarket. I would recommend this location to others. The only negative aspect of this hotel locations is that the hallways had limited a/c- besides this, our stay was great! "Great bed, amazing service"
Despite a booking snag, the reception desk was very helpful and accommodating. Kristy helped us to get our needs taken care of as quickly as possible. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms clean and spacious.
