Overall, my wife and I liked the hotel. The only complaints we have are that we were not notified that our room would be adjoined and also the people in the next room were loud and kept us up. Overall positive. Refrigerator did not work in first room they gave me. However, the quickly reassigned me to another room. There was some kind of band practice going on just outside the hotel, so it was a little noisy, but that was unusual. Normally very quiet.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Room too hot and pillows too small"

This was my first time at the Hilton Garden in Oak Brook Terrace. I was very happy with the rate, room and location. The bed was comfortable. A/C worked great! Lots of free parking available despite nearby banquet hall. I was able to check in earlier than the posted check in time.
