"good stop on way to coast"
Needed two rooms at reasonable price. That's what we received. Clean newer furnishings and breakfast in morning. Good mattresses/ beds.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Rooms are small, especially considering the location, but clean and comfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Surrounding rooms made a lot of noise opening and closing doors, but that was probably due to the clients. Rooms were a tad small, but really nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quiet Time"
The stay was awesome. The hotel wasn't in a busy location, but close enough to restuarants and shopping. The front desk staff were extremely sweet and informative. The lobby and surrounding areas were tastefully detailed and clean. My room was spacious with a microwave and refrigerator that was clean. The room also had window seating that was comfortable. […] The beds were comfortable and the linen were super clean. The bathroom was spotless and well stocked with wash cloths, hand towels, and drying towels. My only dislike was the spider webs that was hanging visibly from the recess lighting over the flat screen TV and in the corners of the window seating. I just knew that there was a spider close by. "Pretty Good"
The room is comfortable, but housekeeping did less and less each day I stayed, until they basically only pulled the covers up, made the bed, emptied trash and put in new towels. No vacuum or dusting or anything else.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Relaxed with the cows"
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was in town with friends for BamaJam. We laid out by the pool during the day and watched the cows graze in he pasture behind the hotel. It was off the road a little so it was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay there next year!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Recommend, but with a caveat"
The staff was friendly, the hotel was super clean and new. The only hesitation I would have in recommending the hotel is the size of the rooms. There is not really enough room for two people, luggage and a place to sit down. There is only one chair and it's a barely comfortable desk chair. The other place to sit is perched on a windowseat. Even with […] these downsides, I would recommend the hotel on price and cleanliness. For the money and a short trip or for only one person - it's just fine. Not too many options in Ozark! "It Has Ups And It Has Downs!"
First time staying in a Microtel. Had pretty good reviews online decided to give it a try. Looked great from the beginning. The surrounding area was beautiful...cows grazing in the pasture out our window, putting green, playground. The room was clean & comfortable. However, the walls are paper thin!! We drove through the night & arrived at 1:00 in the […] morning & were hoping to sleep very late. Our neighbors were up at the crack of dawn! When they just talked regularly, it was loud & we could hear every word they were saying. But when they laughed or talked loudly (and it seemed to be three adult women & one or two children in there), it was as if they were in our room! So loud!! Other issue was this: When we arrived in the middle of the night, we discussed a late checkout with the desk attendant. He said that he could give us an extra hour & to call the desk in the morning to let them know. When we called in the morning, the lady said she could not authorize that. Seeing that there was nothing to do in Ozark, we had to checkout & drive around with our small child waiting for our scheduled appointment. It did not appear that the hotel was full & it was not a holiday or special date, so I thought they could have given us a little extra time. I know that is not a must -- but it would have been a nice courtesy - especially since it had already been stated by the nighttime attendant. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"The Hotel in Ozark"
The hotel was brand new, so naturally it was very nice, but I can definately see why it is called Microtel because the room was like a box shape and very small, it felt cramped, especially for the price you payGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great NEW hotel, but noisy at night"
This was a really nice, clean, brand new hotel (2011): A great hotel for the money. The only problem was the noise level at night. Both nights people were talking loudly in the hallways and lobby areas. We had the first room off the lobby. I ended up calling at 2:45am asking the front desk to quiet the "kids". He did promptly. I just wish I had thought […] to call earlier. The second night the noise quieted down at 11PM. All in all, a good experience considering we were there for a memorial service. "Pretty Good"
This is my second stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient for my needs. This staff overall could not be nicer or more polite. But I had some housekeeping issues. They did not clean my room after the fist night at all. I had the do not disturb tag on my door until noon or so, but they had all afternoon to enter and clean. The next day was […] fine, but by the third, forth and fifth nights, they were only making the bed and replacing towels, not the little things like getting the ice bucket, tray and cups back where they should be, etc. I like to come back to a room in perfect order and on this trip, that was not the case. "Hotel near Ft. Rucker"
If you're looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable room close to Ft. Rucker, look no further. In addition to the kind and helpful staff, this hotel provides a breakfast that you can actually define as "breakfast!" Coffee is always available! The location is also near stores and other restaurants which can make your stay a bit more bearable […] (in terms of entertainment). Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Room was small, but nice"
This hotel is very new and still in very good condition. My room was on the small side, but the bed, window seat and desk area were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great to grab and go. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe. My only complaint would be that on a four night stay, I feel the housekeeping staff did the bare minimum […] each day after I got there. It was never as clean as when I got there. I appreciate it when the staff brings it back to pristine condition each day, and that was not the case. Overall, great value for the money. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great Hotel for the Price!"
Stayed at the Microtel for three nights while doing some work at Fort Rucker. WIth a crew of three, I was looking to save a few bucks so we booked the Microtel. The hotel is only a few months old so everything is new and in great shape. I'm used to saying at 4 and 5-star hotels so I can be picky but for the price, the Microtel was great! Front desk […] person was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. All in all, a great value for the price. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Adequate"
This is a newly constructed hotel very close to Ft. Rucker. Commute time to main post is about 15 mins. The hotel itself is very updated with flat screens in every room and a pool. The fitness center has a treadmill, handmill, and elliptical machine. I would consider this place good for short stays, for longer stays I would consider other options.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
