I stayed at this hotel for three nights and felt very safe. The neighborhood is great, and you can walk around by yourself. The beds are very comfortable. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here on business. The staff is always very polite, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. "Very rekaxing stay in a grand room"
I stayed at Brookwood while visiting my son at RIT. In prior visits, I had stayed at the chain hotels, near RIT and the Rochester airport. They were cheap and bearable. Some were clean but cookie-cutter. My wife recommended the Brookwood. It is a 20 minute drive from RIT and Rochester, though given the nice surroundings, this may be a blessing.
