"Won' stay again."

"Bait and Switch"
Ordianarily I would give this hotel a high rating. However, this hotel is switching people who book king size bedrooms to queen size bedrooms claiming that online bookings are not guaranteed the room they booked. This is a classic bait and switch where you think you are booking a great room at a great price only to discover that they gave your room […] to someone else because they were willling to pay a higher price. Hotels.com was terrific and they help me get a price reduction for the inconvenience. "Brookwood Inn - Pittsfield, Ny"
Pillows were nothing more than a napkin. No extra toilet paper. Food okay but horrible service, it took us over an hour to get our food which was wings and a sandwich. Rooms were hot, bed was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very over priced for what we got.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
