Whether you're visiting downtown Knoxville or the University of Tennessee Campus, this is your best bet. The location is perfectly centered between the... two areas, and it is right off the highway and very easy to find as soon as you get into town. The staff was more than accommodating, I had decided to extend my stay one night after I booked it online. They gave me the second night at an even better rate than the already super-low one I got from hotels.com. On my way in and out of the lobby I was always greeted with a smile. The room was incredible as well. It included a comfortable bed, free wi-fi, HBO, a very spacious bathroom, and even a free bottle of water! With a view of the Sun Sphere right outside my window, I couldn't really think of a better place to stay while in Knoxville, and I look forward to my next visit there (I'll definitely be staying at the Cumberland House).
