I was moving from New York to Florida, and driving down in a uhaul with a car trailer. Which they didn't mind that I parked in the back. Basically, I... was completely exhausted after driving 16 hours. Checked my Hotels.com mobile ap, and found this medium priced hotel one exit away. Check in was easy, and the clerk mentioned they had a sauna if I needed it because of the drive. My room was clean and well appointed, the bed was comfortable, and the room warm and quiet even with the window open a bit. Breakfast was good with a nice fresh waffle. Overall, nice stay. Overall I thought the stay was great. However, for me personally, the pillows were a little hard. Not bad enough to where I wouldn't recommend this hotel, but just a little uncomfortable.

Staff was extremely helpful. There are a lot of restaurants within a couple of miles. We went to the movies right down the street. Great sports bar across the street. The hotel itself was quite and comfortable. No complaints. They must have invested a significant amount of money in improvements recently as it was nicer than expected.

Great location just off I-40 west of Knoxville. Cracker Barrel and Wild Wings right next door. Bed was fantastic, slept for 10 hours. Older TV but everything else was great! Descent fitness center with older equipment but no eliptical.

This hotel is dirty and not maintained. First room I was given was infested with a large infestation of bed bugs and was filthy. Second room was dirty, smelled of mildew. Shower didn't work properly and toilet did not flush. Overall a very bad experience with this hotel.

The Baymont Inn was clean but did not have privacy curtains. It had sheer white curtain that would close, but people could see into the rooms at night.
