Both times there were items under the bed at the edge (once a pill, the other a handwritten note, so made me wonder if the sweeper ever goes beyond the traffic areas. I was moving from New York to Florida, and driving down in a uhaul with a car trailer. Which they didn't mind that I parked in the back. Basically, I was completely exhausted after driving 16 hours. Checked my Hotels.com mobile ap, and found this medium priced hotel one exit away. Check in was easy, and the clerk mentioned they had a sauna if I needed […] it because of the drive. Property clean and well kept. Rooms comfortable, nothing fancy, but it was only for one night. Walking distance to several businesses and very close to good shopping. Booked three rooms for a family graduation gathering. Very pleased with spacious rooms, refrigerators and microwaves. Rooms were quiet and beds were very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful with answering questions about directions to local stores, places to eat, etc. The trip into Knoxville took about half an hour on the interstate. Nice hotel. The staff was really great about putting us in a different room after it was evident that the first one we got had previously had someone smoking in it (in spite of being a non-smoking room). She was also very helpful directing us to restaurants in the area. The only thing that was sort of annoying was the fan in the bathroom that stayed […] on all the time - the bearings were shot in it and so it rattled. The staff inquired about our party - I was surprised that they could take that kind of personal interest in us. The breakfast area was spacious and the selection was very good. I didn't expect to be able to make fresh waffles as part of a free continental breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

Staff was extremely helpful. There are a lot of restaurants within a couple of miles. We went to the movies right down the street. Great sports bar across the street. The hotel itself was quite and comfortable. No complaints. They must have invested a significant amount of money in improvements recently as it was nicer than expected.

The hotel was just off the interstate, so it was easy to get to. It was also close to gas stations for refueling before starting anew, and there was a large shopping and dining area just down the road on the left--plenty of options for whatever you are looking for. The hotel is decent looking, and the room is comfortable. A feature my wife liked is […] that the vanity was not in the same room as the toilet and shower--thereby allowing one to shower while others could brush teeth, etc. There is a large outdoor pool, and a fitness center is available. I stayed at this hotel on Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday night) with my 4-year-old son. We paid $84 total for the night, and since we booked it the night before, found it to be a great deal. The hotel has a nice pool and we made use of it - lots of guests enjoyed it. For the complimentary breakfast, I had a waffle and my son had a cinnamon roll. There […] was plenty of milk, juice, cereal, eggs, yogurt and pastries. There was no fruit or meat, but it definitely had plenty of variety and a lovely eating area. Cable channels were great - my son was able to watch PBS kids, Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon. The floor was a little wet, as if they had steam cleaned the carpet prior to our arrival, but it was only in certain areas so it wasn't too bothersome. There were plenty of restaurants around - pizza, dunkin donuts, cracker barrel, etc. We ate dinner across the street at an Asian restaurant - delicious! Great location just off I-40 west of Knoxville. Cracker Barrel and Wild Wings right next door. Bed was fantastic, slept for 10 hours. Older TV but everything else was great! Descent fitness center with older equipment but no eliptical.

overall i guess the hotel was okay. made reservation over phone. the first room we were took to smelled terrible. we asked for non-smoking but i guess it was smoking. we were asked if we'd like another room and we did. it was better but still had a scent to it. not fresh. bathroom seemed ok, took a bath and looked over and towlet at bottom was dirty. […] beds were okay it was late then and had to crash to get up early to leave. got up, took another bath, lights would not come on over sink. managed to dry hair without that. when walking out door light came on. also one more thing, something was going on at maybe ???? a restruant next door so guess what no parking......someone came by in an ez-go and we asked if they worked there and they said yes we could go (and he pointed) to a place of business across the way and park. For the money hotel was good. Room carpet was a little dirty with hair. Room had a musty smell. But I think the sink had a little leak which cause the carpet to be wet. If you wanted to do laundry hotel only has one washer and one dryer. Good overall.
