Most of the Red Roof Inns I've stayed in have outside corridors and a sort of glorified Motor Lodge feel. This was much more like a hotel, with inside hallways and elevators and a real lobby. But the floors in the room weren't that clean, and the TV channels were extremely limited. It was fine for one night, but this wasn't their best location.

Most of the public areas of the hotel were dirty and in some form of disrepair. The room was satisfactory, wish there had been a mini-fridge (but apparently that's only in specific types of rooms). It's an ok choice if your options are limited, and you're only staying a short time.

We recently stayed here because we were displaced by the recent snow event and we were one of thousands left without heat or electricity. Fortunate for us we found shelter at this hotel. Our overall feelings for this place rests solely on the staff and how helpful they were given the enormity of the situation with mass bookings, checking and checkouts. […] They wre courteous and extremely helpful. The king suite was perfect for our family and was very roomy. Having a mini fridge and microwave was an added perk given our circumstances. When we frst walked in there were to men at the check-in area and both men were helping out the ONE customer in front of me. I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes which feels like an eternity. The checking-in process went quick though. When we got to our room t was clean looking, beds made, the whole 9 yards, but when I went to use the bathroom […] I noticed a yellow mark on the toilet which looked almost like a urine stain that had not been wiped away. We went to the Patriots game that night and did not get back until about 1 AM and there was so much light coming in through the cracks ot eh door it lit up a lot of our room, not to mention people were either out in the hallway or in their rooms across the hall and we could here their conversations. We were the last room at the end of the hall and we could not hear the only room next to us, just across the hall. We heard men talking ALL NIGHT LONG. The pillows were awful too because they were so thick you could barely rest your head confortably on them and my boyfriend and I had an awful night sleep. The location of the hotel was great because it was right off the highway and only about 8 minutes away from Gillette Stadium. Read more

The hotel room was in reasonably good condition except for some glaring disappointments. The coffee making supplies were opened and half used and had not been refreshed. The cleaning request card the hotel left on the pillows of one of the beds was wrinkled and stained. There were no tissue boxes in the bathroom, and the towels were small, old, and […] very rough. All the linens seemed outdated and old. The bed was passably acceptable and the bathroom was clean except for a burn mark on the counter. The television only displayed about a dozen channels. Overall it just didnt seem like attention was paid to the little things. The round table in my room #226 was missing part of the wood trim. I had to put the arm of the chair back together to sit in it. Average. One would think in the area that the hotel is located, it would have been a little better. Great location for attending Comcast Center and/or Gillette stadium. Worked out very well. Elevator a bit slow but other than that - average hotel and affordable for a family on a short stay.

The hotel was easy to find and close to Gillette Stadium which was the reason for the trip -It was a good room for the price we paid - the staff were very nice and the pool was a plus -unfortunately because of booking late we ended up in a smoking room and it was a little more run down than I would have thought judging from the pics online -

It was fine except the room smelled like animal urine. I think the hotel is pet friendly, so probably there was an accident. I have pets, so I wasn't disgusted, but it was bad enough that we had to ask for an air freshener or something. We were given a spray bottle of odor eliminator. The hotel about what was expected, we did not need bells and whistles and there were none. We just needed a place to sleep after a concert at Comcast Center. Our bathroom was not truly clean, Hotel shows age. Not worth the rate we paid and we will choose somewhere else next time.

It met our need for one night stay. The elevator was shaking and making noise in operation. Air conditioning was noisy. It did not provide continental breakfast, it's inconvenient and takes more time to find a place for breakfast outside.

The hotel itself was fine but the service sucked. We called ahead to see if we could check in early before the Patriots game so we wouldn't have to wait in line later after the game. We were told that our room was ready and we could check in early, so we made a special trip there before the game. We walked up to the check in counter and the woman behind […] the counter (about 2 feet away) never looked up from her computer to acknowledge us. How hard is it to say "I'll be right with you"? A few minutes later she looked up and stared at us, never saying a word. I guess she couldn't be bothered to say "How may I help you?" We told her we were the ones that called requesting an early check in and she said she was the one that spoke with us on the phone. Then she said she wasn't sure if the room was ready and we would have to wait until the head of the cleaning staff came down to the lobby so she could ask her how long it would be. So we waited there in the lobby for about 15 minutes. I made eye contact with her several times while we were waiting, giving her the "Well??" look and she never said a word, so I went up to the front desk again and said, "Do you know what's up with our room?" and she said "I don't know where the cleaning woman is, so I guess your room isn't ready - but you can check in after the game..." Thanks for nothing. Won't go back and can't recommend the place. Service is very important to me and this place was clueless in that regard. Read more

1 mile away from Mansfield train stop and no shuttle option to get you there. Generally clean but had the typical musty smell. Fortunately the windows opened and it cleared right out. The room was very large which was not typical for that area of the country

I stayed at this hotel for business reasons while working the Boston Area. The location is very conveinient. Rooms are confortable. This hotel is a little old. Door and fixtures give this away. All in all a good value based on other properties that are around. I would stay here again. Only negative was no Continental Breakfast.
