Staff was wonderful but the lobby and elevator were dirty, the coffee was empty at 8:30am and still empty when we left at 10:30 and the worst thing is that there was no hot water. "Close to Boston"
First motel we'e been to in years that didn't offer a breakfast. Very disappointing! Stayed there because we were spending time in Boston and desk clerk was not at all helpful. "Just OK for the money."

For the price, i was surprised to find no coffee pot, no refrigerator, and no microwave in the room. The room was right out of the 1980s. Clean, but not really comfortable. The price was great, but you get what you pay for. Hotel associate at check in was VERY helpful. Elevator rug really needed to be vacuumed.Coffee station was a plus, also has a mini one in the room, both are free. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Shower did not drain well in either room (we had two rooms) we were standing in ankle water as we showered. […] The room was clean but like I said the beds were very uncomfortable. We got the wrong room. We ordered 2 kings & a frige. We got 2 doubles and no frige. Although this hotel was conveniently close to Gillette Stadium, I do not think I would stay there again. The hotel room was fine, but the service was just awful. We had to wait 10-15 minutes before a front desk employee even showed up, then waited 15 minutes in line, and after all of that, our key didn't work...twice! So we were moved to a different room. The only real complaint I have about the room we were in was that there was no hot water in the shower […] in the morning, which I find to be unacceptable. "First and last stay at a Red Roof Inn"
I travel a lot and in general am not bothered by little hiccups along the way. I've never written a poor review before this stay, but really feel I must this time because this is without a doubt the absolute filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in anywhere in the world. On first arrival, the hotel seemed old and in need of a touch up but our room appeared […] to be okay. However, as we unpacked we started noticing things like the bathroom floor hadn't been swept. There was hair everywhere! Disgusting! And speaking of the bathroom, there was no fan and the bathtub is worn and chipped. So, we took care of the bathroom situation and went out for dinner. The next morning I unhappily discovered that the coffee maker wasn't cleaned either. The coffee packet from the last guest was still in the filter basket. I checked out the microwave and...what a surprise...it was filthy inside as well! Food splatters and oddly enough hair...again disgusting!
