I have to say that the staff at this hotel were excellent. I was greated with friendliness and courteousy every time. My husband and I were in town on... business and everyone went out of their way to make sure that our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. Another plus, breakfast was included in our price. That was the biggest reason why we choose to spend a little more on this hotel rather than go with a cheaper one in the area. The hotel was a little hard to find being not directly at the exit but behind a shopping center. The front counter staff were very friendly and even helped with finding a good restaurant in the area. The hotel I believe had very few guests with only a handful of cars present during anytime of the day or night that I came back and forth from my appointments. I […] would however step up the cleanliness in the rooms. Upon my arrival, the bathroom items were not stocked up and many of previous guest hairs were prevelant in the tub and on the countertops. Great hotel for business or family. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Included breakfast is a huge step above the usual "continental" fare. This will be my choice whenever I have business in the Hampton Roads area!
