"Not what I expected"

"Moldy Nasty"
We were forced to stay here to attend a conference at the university and everything else was booked. It was moldy and carpet was nasty. Rooms were tiny. Sheets were clean but that is the only thing. The property and rooms are old, there were cosmetic defects in the room (missing molding around the floors, repaired bathtub, missing globe on the bathroom light, no fan in the bathroom). "Clean but a few problems"
The room was clean and very nice. There were a few problems. I had two rooms resevered. One the theshold entering into the bathroom was damage and needed repair. The hotel has no elevators, so when my handicapped brother was booked in a room on the second floor, we asked to change to the first floor. The hotel staff accomodated him with no trouble. We were told pets where okay (which they are)...but after coming back from the beach on our second day we tried to get in but discovered we we purposly LOCKED OUT of our room.
