I always expect more out of Hilton but it was okay. I found hair in the shower but everything else was fine. Breakfast was not included but they had a buffet that was really good. It was $9 for adults and $6 for children, which is ridiculous.

Great hotel, BUT... rollaway bed couldn't be in room because of fire hazard (had two kids with us - boy and girl) so we had to buy a blow-up mattress for one to sleep on. The pool was great to be indoors, but it was super small and the water wasn't clear as it should be. It wasn't a lot of people there when we stayed which helped the pool to be free […] for just the kids and us to swim (rather play in) for about two hours. The hottub didn't work, but the water was hot and relaxing without the jets. Location was next to the arena center. If there had been a concert or show, the hotel would have been full of outsiders. In all, I would recommend the hotel, but check for these things before booking. Read more

when i got there at about 1230pm i knew it was early for check in time of 3pm. the not at all customer friendly female at the front desk told me the rooms are being cleaned and come back later. i asked her when she thought would be a good time and she said after 1pm. well i gave them an extra 1 hr plus, got another lady at desk, a little friendlier […] who told us rooms are being cleaned and not ready, itl be about 10 minutes she said. we waited (and others too) til about 230pm and i went back to desk and got the original front desk lady who told me the same thing again. i told her we were told a half hr ago it would be about 10 minutes, also told her she had told me at 230p tocome back after 1pm. she apologized and said to "keep checking back" which my response to that was what should i do, just keep coming back to her every 5minutes, every 10 minutes? would u come get us ? we were only sitting 25 ft away, and she said well you will just have to keep checking! finally at 305 (3pm is checkin time) someone came over to tell me room was ready. no bellhop service offered to us. we got to room and room smelled smokey, can't believe they'd just cleaned. the smell did dissapate. i saw a tiny bug crawling around the grout of the tub which slipped back into a crevice. as the host hotel for the elvis festival, all it offered was a pamphlet with the activities, no other elvis theme whatsoever. the small indoor pool area makes it useless if there is anyone else in there if you like a little privacy. large front parking area, but no one told me (i found it myself) had plenty of handicapped spots right by rear door which all were filled in front. front desk needs to take some customer service lessons from the 2 marriots i stayed at on the same trip. The room was clean and up-to-date, and the whole property felt very well-cared-for. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a concert, it was within walking distance to the bankcorp south center which was great, the only draw back was the bed was a lttle hard, other than that everything was wonderful!!
