"clean room"
the room was nice and clean but when i first showed up the front desk said i didnt have a reservation even though i showed them my printed out reservation. It took them about 20 minutes to realize it was under my boyfriends name even though i showed them the paper that had both our names. I was extremely upset since i traveled for about 3 hours.
