Alojamos dos noches extra, despues de haber estado en Loisuites Arenales, pensando que la calidad y el servicio serían similares ( tuvimos que quedarnos dos noches más por el cierre del aeropuerto a causa de las cenizas volcánicas) y no pudimos continuar en el primer hotel por falta de disponibilidad (siendo Arenales un excelente hotel, en buen barriio […] y excelente serviciio) La callidad del servicio deja que desear: nos perdieron un cargador del móvil, habiéndonos ofrecido ellos guardarlo en recepción durante un rato. La primera noche el computador era de uso gratuito (pero estuvo siempre ocupado con niños jugando) y al día siguiente dijeron que se cobraba el uso aunque, fuera un minuto. El personal no es atento con el pasajero El desayuno estaba bien. Es un hotel familiar para ir con niños...no en pareja o negocios.
