"A not-so-restful stay."
The bed was uncomfortable and the number comfort system broken. The television repeatedly went off and we had to unplug it to reset it. The business center was over-run with pre-teen girls playing on the internet. Periodically, several of these girls would run down the hall screaming and then slam a door. When we got the the room to go to bed, our sheets were disgusting. There were blood stains and various other debris left behind. I always seek out and stay at Hilton properties and specifically HGI's. I may have to cross this one off my list. The front desk clerk was not very helpful and seemed to be put off that i reserved and paid for my room through Hotels.com. Even thought i reserved and paid for a standard room, the clerk put me into a hadicap Accessible room. To make it […] worse, he did not tell me he was putting me into a HA room. I did not find out until I moved all my paperwork, luggage, etc into the room.
