First off let me warn you do not violate the Pet or smoking policy. I reserved two rooms, One of the girls in the other room smuggled in her hamster... (unbeknownst to me) and paid 150.00 for the violation. She said the manager was yelling at her as well, however I was not present for the discussion. The rooms were clean, maid service was proficient,very kind and helpful. My dealings with the staff were pleasant.. One girl Tony was especially friendly. When I found out hotel was 16 miles away from Savanah Ga, our destination city, and that there were other chain hotels right next door for less then half the price I was paying, I tried to cancel my 2nd night. I called before 12:00 P.M. on the first day of my booking, but was told I would not be able to cancel. Was told I would have to contact Expedia, […] even tho I told them I booked thru Hotels .Com. Yes the room were worth the money, however I was on a tight budget, and only wanted to sleep at the hotel so ambiance was not a priority. The breakfast was also a disapointment.
