"Friendly staff"
The staff was good and friendly, but they were understaffed. Since the rooms weren't cleaned and they overbooked, they changed our room to a suite which was basically a bigger room with a King bed, pullout couch, full kitchen and large balcony overlooking the pool.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel staff and employees were pleasant, location was excellant. The only problem we had was flees in our bed the next morning and had to get another room. You should stop allowing pets to stay in the hotel, that"s were the flees are coming from.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Would not recommend!"
This hotel looks nicer in the pictures than it actually is. We are not usually picky because we don't spend much time at our hotel, but this one was really bottom of the barrel. The person at the desk argued with my husband at check in. When we got to the room the floor was wet and the entire hotel smelled like mildew. The "bar and grill" on property […] should actually just be called a bar, as no one under 21 is permitted. Not a good place to stay if you have kids. The feel of the hotel was awkward because most of the other guests we talked to were living there. They were also out of towels and the front desk clerk told us she would have some brought to us but we never recieved them. Some of the staff was friendly (the cleaners and the person who was putting out breakfast were very kind and helpful), but overall I would not stay there again. We spoke to the manager as we were checking out as speaking to the desk personnel during our stay was a waste of time. Handicapped bath did not have a hand held shower. Floor was not vacuumed well as there were pieces of trash on the floor, next to the microwave stand and under the sink. Large piece of something we were afraid to touch under the sink. […] Toilet seat was so loose it was dangerous. One nut holding the seat was completely missing, Serious mold problem all over the bathroom. No TV channel guide in the room and front desk promised to get us one but it never showed up. Drapes hung in front of the A/C so we had to find a way to pin them back so we could get air in the room and privacy. After speaking to the manager she had the clerk contact maintenance and put the room out of service. this hotel is good for overnight stay, very close to I95. It is older, on budget hotel, definitely not for a long stay. Service was very nice, lady on the reception very helpful, good morning continental breakfast. Room was clean but small. It fulfilled our purpose as a overnight place to stay on our trip to Florida.
