The staff was friendly, the hotel clean, but they neglected to tell me upon check in that I had to pay to park in their parking lot! I was astounded that they charged me to park in their parking lot when I was a registered guest at their hotel! When I questioned them I was told that parking is a premium in that area, SOOO? No free baggage cart available for guests. Bedside table contained old food from previous guest; disgusting, but they gave us 2 complementary breakfasts and an apology. Curtain rod handle was broken. TV remote batteries were dead. Bath mat missing one day. Parking lot was open to arrivals, but when leaving you get caught in a Catch-22 where your room […] key won't work, and the computer didn't know we had a car and wouldn't let us leave. We had to wait for another guest whose key worked. No free internet except in lobby. Food was good. Exercise room was good. Many of the servers were good. No complementary coffee in lobby.
