"Nice breakfast and friendly staff"
Our room was clean but run down with part of the wall paper border torn off of the wall. The bedspread had a stain on it that looked like grease. There wasn't a refg. or mic in our room just a coffee pot. They did serve a nice breakfast variety.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hot tub"
I stayed here because it was close to where my half marathon bus was leaving and to use the hot tub after. the Front desk was nice and let me have a later check out so I could soak for a bit after, but the hot tub felt like a cool bath, not hot at all! "This place is cheap"
The Howard Johnson was kinda lame. The breakfast in the morning consisted of cereal, watermelon, hard boiled eggs, and some waffels. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. The room was clean but you can tell they haven't updated anything since the 80's. "Wouldn't go back"
To me the hotel seemed gloomy and kind of run down. They kept the lights off around the pool and I think it was because the pool water was pretty bad. You couldnt even see through the water and the hot tub was pretty gross. I would not go back.
