"Hotel-Spearfish SD"
Reason for a "3" under Quality of Hotel Service is the check- in clerk seemed to have the attitude he really didn't care if we stayed there or not. We had reservations and upon arrival I went to check in and the clerk was not at all friendly. Everything else was very acceptable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"quick stop before the Black Hills"
After carefully considering all the other reviews about this hotel, I decided to go ahead and book our stay, and am very glad I did. Beds were very comfortable and room itself was spacious, although the bathroom was a little tight. We checked in about midnight and the desk clerk had a little trouble accessing our reservation, but everything ended well! […] Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but everything else was very much to our liking! Breakfast was pretty good, usual hot and cold choices!
