I would definitely stay here again. It is super clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel location is excellent. We stayed there for 2 nights and had basically everything within walking distance. You can shop, eat or just relax without having to drive. The hotel smelled so good when I walked in! My room and bed were very comfortable. The balcony made for a nice and relaxing view. "Nice but staff needs work"
Room was not very clean. Shampoo and lotion were used. I needed late check out and it took four people to get it figured out, then on my checkout morning they called asking why I was still in my room. "Courtyard Allen Events Center"
Great location near all the new stuff in Allen. Restaurants, shopping, theaters, golf. Nice hotel room with a good view. Only had two problems, the couch had a sharp corner that I hit my knee on pretty hard. The other was a wedding with loud drumming going on outside in the mid morning. I have hit it a couple of times as I have been inspecting rooms so understand the pain you might have encountered. I addressed this with the design team at Marriott to try to prevent it moving forward. In regard to the drumming, we did have an Indian wedding in the hotel and it is part of their ritual when the bride and groom are entering the hotel for their reception. It is for a brief time during the afternoon. I hope that it didn't disturb you too much. We look forward to your return visit in the future!
