"Fire Alarm"

"hotel was dirty-common areas and room need work"
The hotel when we stayed was dirty. The entrance and elevators had the same smear marks all week-end. Maid staff didn't clean rooms but only made bed and refilled the shampoo not the soap! The glasses in the bath were dirty. The tub stopper was broken. The toilet wouldn;t flush unless I held the handle constantly. The maids didn't put the ironing board […] away, the hairdryer away. Hotel needs good mangement with eye on details! it really makes the difference between a clean excellent stay. I didn't expect this level of disservice from a hilton. Hire new staff! "Hilton Garden Inn in Allen, Tx"
This hotel is close to the Allen outlit mall and plenty of shopping centers. There's a Walmart five minutes north and south of the hotel. If you don't won't the hotel food, there is a restaurtant right next door to the hotel. The whirlpool tub was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay here and will return soon.
