The hotel was really nice and the staff was great. The hotel is only about 12 miles from the city and there are restaurants and shopping areas nearby. My only complaints are that the mini fridge was really tiny and the bed was extremely firm. I would still likely stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice staff but THIN WALLS!"
The hotel was easy to find. The room looked clean but at closer look there was splattered toothpaste on the bathroom mirror and the toilet should have been cleaner. The bed was VERY comfortable. We were on the second floor and just as we were going to sleep the people ABOVE walked around their room for hours! We could hear EVERY step. This is the first […] time we've NOT heard the people on either side but heard EVERYTHING above us! The next morning the staff was kind enough to move us to a fourth floor room. The hotel was just wonderful. We had a very good experience. The prices were very good for the quality of hotel. Two night stay, off peak. Hotel was clean, comfortable and centrally located, easy to find and reasonably priced. The staff was great with one exception. The cleaning service was knocking on our door before 8:00 AM. Tried to come in. We fixed that the next AM by hanging the "Do not disturb." sign. The hotel was beautiful and loved my room. The only issue I had was all the drunk people in the lobby. They had 3 coolers full of beer and the empty boxes the beer came in laying all over the floor. They were loud and acting drunk and stupid in the lobby and the elevators.
