"Good rooms for the price."

We initially arrived worn out with reservations and the front desk had one person trying to do 15 jobs..She gave me our room keys and Myself,my husband and our son opened the door and walked into dirty,unmade beds trash all over and even wet spots in the floor from spilled beer I think..I went back to the desk and let her know and she acted like it […] was no big deal and just gave me keys to another room..If we had not been so tired I would have demanded a refund and left..We did not even eat the breakfast there because I couldn't get the nastiness of that first room out of my head... This hotel was very close to Nashville,Tn and easy access to I-65...We could walk to the convenience store as well as a few restaurants..We got there a little early but they let us check in anyway...the staff was very nice..the breakfast was very good and all the food was hot...We will definately stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
To evaluate further: the hotel was not clean based on hair in the beds, debris on the carpet. The receptionist at the front desk was not friendly, nor accomodating. "Walk to a variety of dinner choices"
We arrived at the hotel at 12:30pm and found that we crossed a time zone so it was only 11:30am in Goodlettsville. We asked what time we could have a room ready as we had been driving all night and they checked us right in.
