"Bad experience"
1st room was disasterous; dirty linens etc thrown all over, 2nd room wreaked of smoke, 3rd room smelled of smoke but we were exhausted so accepted this room; the clerk told us it couldn't be because hotel was smokefree. We were told next morning by operations mgr that the last 2 rooms were smoking rooms; odd that we requested nonsmoking and the clerk […] told me all rooms were nonsmoking.
