"Disappointed with Room Preparation"
While the room itself was clean and comfortable, our overnight stay was jarred by having the room alarm clock come on at loud volume at 6 am when we had not touched the clock. After three attempts to stop the alarm in the darkened room, we finally unplugged it from the wall. In our estimation, housekeeping should make sure such devices are deactivated […] when they prep the room for new guests.
