"2 day stay"
There were several issues: (1) I had to take the TV remote back to the front desk twice before getting one the worked. (2) I called for a wake up call the evening before our departure. The desk clerk said she would record the request. There was no call the next morning. When I mentioned that we did not receive a call the day clerk , he checked the wakeup […] call request list and found that there was no request listed. Fortunately, being an earlier riser, we were able to make our morning flight. This is not acceptable. We have previously been pleased with our stays at Super 8s. This one was an exception.
