Sparks, Reno’s next-door neighbor, was founded in 1905 after the railroad built facilities here. Where Reno is tall, Sparks is low slung, with Victorian Square at its heart. This plaza has casinos, shops, a visitors’ center, and it hosts a farmers’ market. The Sparks Heritage Museum chronicles the city’s locomotive roots. Nearby, the Sparks Marina Park offers a 1-billion-gallon recreational lake.

We clearly wrote that we were staying in five in a room but we had problems with that once we arrived at the hotel. THey haven't given us a roll-away bedGenuine Expedia guest review

"Hotel Sparks, Nv"
Paper thin walls, heard noise from every room especially from above. Beds left us sore for days. We were afraid to take off our shoes the floor was that bad. Our door was "tried" several times through out the night.Bathtub was dirty. Not a good stay to say the least..... It became clear why rooms were still available on such a busy weekend. My advice, […] check ahead and stay somewhere else. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
