The friendliness & attentiveness of all staff was outstanding, within a few minutes of arriving all staff appeared to know our names and were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is an impressive Victorian/Edwardian style, well maintained and impressively clean, yet modern. The room was adequate rather than impressive, but nonetheless fine.
