"Average"
We had a nice mountain view from the 11th floor, but when we walked in the room smelled like cigarette smoke. One of the complimentary water bottles had been opened and a little bit consumed, but it was presented as new--on the tray with the card over the neck of the bottle. We didn't stay long enough to rate room or maid service or use any facilities […] like the fitness center, though we did walk in and it looked nice and clean.
