There was a wedding party the same night of our stay. The hotel interspersed the wedding party guests with families staying there as well. It was the worst night in hotel I have ever experienced. There were obnoxious guests that were screaming and banging on doors all night long until 3:30 a.m. when the police were finally called. My repeated calls […] to the front desk were ignored. I spoke with several other guests the next morning, all of whom had the same, dreadful experience. I will never stay at this hotel ever again and I plan to write about my experience at every oppotruntiy I have. To add insult to injury the staff was not at all apologetic upon checking out and said they could not do anything to make up for my stay since I had booked through Expedia. "i will not stay there again"
our room was 505 & faced the city, Nice view - we could hear the people next to us all night and boy do those doors slam shut loudly. The heating/cooling system is loud too. Kicking on & shutting off, No fridge in room Come on !Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel heating system was so loud that if you managed to fall asleep, you would be surely be awoken the next time the heat kicked on. No one in our room slept well at all because of this. I don't recommend staying here.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
