"as expected"
good clean room. Did not get maid service -- stayed too late each day in the room. But room was comfortable. Wi-fi included. Location: view of the under-used Pontiac Silverdome. Not exactly beautiful. But close enough to Oakland University, which was my destination.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Room is clean and spacious. Hotel is in a good location. From the minute you walk in, you get the impression that they are doing you a favor by talking to you. Reception is chilly and customer service is lacking. Check-in process is unnecessarily tedious. The hotel contract that you have to sign is barely legible.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
