"close to family"
The hotel was in the middle of a renovation. They handled it very well with little inconvenience. The employees were very pleasant and the room was very clean. I took walks around the neighborhood. We were there for a Ice Skating event in York. The reason for the 2. I am 5ft tall and 63 yr old with bad knees and hips. the room is built for someone 6'5. Who was the stupid person who made all of your hotels like that. Farmington Ct., Orlando Fl. The bed is to high , You put shower head with different sprays but no one can reach it to change them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. The customer service was excellent. One day our room did not get cleaned, but once staff was notified, they continually checked our satisfaction w/ the room and housekeeping. The breakfasts were excellent and a good quality.
