Below my expectation. Even though we had a non smoking rooms, once we walk out of the room, the whole floor smell like smoke. Our toilet doesn't flush and no hot water in the room. We end up switching rooms. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. I am very impressed by the variety of selections for breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"hotel without a location"
This hotel was impossible to find. It seems that 3 cities come together with Fullerton having just 1 block on the street. Printed map from Mapquest and gps put you about 3 blocks short with no hotel in sight. To add to that this is a hotel days Inn has just purchased. There was not a sign that did not say "Hertiage Inn" and they were all lite up. I […] found it simply because I had given up and figured that this hotel could tell me were the Days Inn was.
